It has to be our 1700f Wurlitzer! Produced in 1954, this model was Wurlitzer's first true 45rpm jukebox. It marked the start of the jukebox industry as we know it today.
The machine holds 52 records (that's 104 selections) and the "f" means it's a later edition, "Hi-Fidelity." A fantastic sounding machine with Cobra cartridge and valve amplifier playing through a 15" loudspeaker.
We purchased this in the 80's and have done some restoration work (some more is needed). It's still a beautiful jukebox, and definitely one of our favourite things!
